What do we do?

The Business-in-a-Box programme aims to pave the way for the upgrading of water points and extension of piped water supply in rural areas in Uganda.

Develop comprehensive financial models and KPI tools for operational units and overall operations, that consider key variables and viability factors.

Network and co-create

Create strategies and processes to achieve performance targets through structured peer learning and co-creation among enterprises.

Seed financing

Provide up to 20’000 USD seed capital to test and enhance models and procedures for upgrading and expanding water supply systems.

Matchmaking and investment support

Developing solid investment cases for the upgrading of water systems and matching participants with suitable investors / funders.
